One of the most amazing things about cooking these beefiness ribs in the Foodi is considering not just tin can it pressure melt the ribs, it also crisps up the outside of the ribs then that you get that crispy 'char' type of texture.

Starting Out With Frozen Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 Beefiness Brusque Ribs (see notes)
- 1/4 c Carmine Wine
- 3/4 c Beef Stock
- 1/4 c Diced Onion
- one/2 c bbq sauce
- Seasoning equally desired:

Instructions
- Season the beef ribs with the seasonings higher up, to your preference.
- Add together the onion, wine, and broth to the bottom of the Foodi cooking basin
- Close the toggle switch to sealing

- Remove the ribs to a plate.
